A group of young girls between the ages of 15-20, female students who received a scholarship from the project, a group of employees from the SADA centre and the employees of the project and CIP Centre attended the event. Within the scope of the event, various activities were organized to encourage young girls between the ages of 15-20 to university life.
- Firstly, Mavera Congress and Art Centre, which is located within GAÜN (Gaziantep University), was introduced. A small speech was made at the Congress Centre about the history of GAÜN, the current student capacity, the programs at GAÜN, the significance of being a university student and the advantages it will bring to life.
-GAÜN Library and Documentation Department was visited. A number of books were presented to the participants by the Presidency.
- Lunch was served in the dining hall at noon.
- GAÜN SPORIUM Centre, a facility where students can perform various sports activities and spend quality time, was introduced and a small bowling tournament was held there.
-Finally, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ayşe Balat and participants came together in the Senate room and she introduced the Syrian Student Scholarship Project. There was an exchange of ideas. At the end of the event, gifts prepared by CIP centre were given to the participants. Prof.Dr. Ayşe Balat presented the gifts to SADA Centre representatives.
