In cooperation with Gaziantep University GUSEM, 78 hours of training were given to Syrian, Turkish and International students by the academicians at Gaziantep University Faculty of Fine Arts Gastronomy Department. A total of 44 students participated in the training. At the end of the training, the students prepared and represented their meals at the Gastronomy Festival within the Gaziantep University Gastronomy Department. The Rector and the administration of GAUN visited the course and cooked with students, which was very motivating for the students. After 78 hours of trainings, we organized a Gastronomy Festival with a huge crowd. This Festival hosted guests also from the surrounding provinces. The materials on the festival day and the necessary apparatus for the presentation were provided  by the project. At the end of the training, the students acquired an understanding of Turkish cuisine and the structure of Turkish society.
